EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
- If you would like to exchange sizes:
contact us on the same day of receiving your order at support@rawthelabel.com with the change you would like to make, order number, which item you would like to exchange and exchange with which size.
Please note that your request should be reached us within 3-5 business days after delivery.
Please be informed that the product must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags attached and all the original packaging included (dustbag, polybag, etc).
Items on sale can only be exchanged in sizes, can’t be returned.
Items out of stock are non-exchangeable, under no circumstances.

Once we reach your returned item, we will give you a full refund transfer after deducting the shipping fees of the return.

- In case of failed pickup of a return due to cancellations or several reschedules, your order will no longer be eligible for a return or exchange.
- The process of shipping your exchange items will take 3-6 business days to arrive once confirmed by mail.
- Shipping fees are charged for both Exchanges & Refunds.
