  •   EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you would like to exchange sizes:

contact us at @raw_thelabel with your order number and the change you would like to make.

Please check the order while the courier is at your doorstep and give it back if you need to make any size changes.

EXCHANGES AREN'T ALLOWED ONCE THE COURIER LEAVE.

Please note that your request should be reached us within 2-4 business days.

Please be informed that the product must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags attached and all the original packaging included (dustbag, polybag, etc).

 

  • Items on sale can only be exchanged in sizes, can’t be returned.
  • Items out of stock are non-exchangeable, under no circumstances.

 

  • RETURN POLICY 

Your order can be returned only when the courier is at your doorstep. Please check your order as well and if it's not suitable kindly give it back to the courier. 

 

  • RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AREN'T ALLOWED ONCE THE COURIER LEAVE.

 

  •  Items can be returned after delivery in case of manufacturing defect only.

 

  • The process of shipping your exchange items will take 3-6 business days to arrive once confirmed by msg. 

 

  • Shipping fees are charged for both Exchanges & Refunds.
